Some manufacturers reduce the amount of magnesium to the minimum allowable content in order to reduce costs. Some even worse, the magnesium content is lower than the minimum allowable content.
There are factories that add waste wires and waste pots and aluminum pots to alloys, and basically can't talk about 6063 alloy. As a result, the mechanical strength of aluminum profiles is very low, which can be so low that it is easy to bend with two hands and one bend, commonly known as "noodles" as soft. This is one of the reasons why aluminum profiles can be several thousand yuan cheaper.

It is also important how the 6063 alloy is melted and what kind of furnace is used. The furnaces used in China are now in the 1940s and 90s. The worst manufacturers use the original crucible boilers. There are coal-fired, oil-fired, gas-fired and electrically heated smelting furnaces.
Some stoves have chimneys, and others have no chimneys. The most commonly used are square furnaces (rectangular furnaces), the advanced ones are round furnaces, and some round furnaces can tilt aluminum water. On the one-ton, two-ton, five-ton, ten-ton, twenty-five-ton and fifty-ton tonnage melting furnaces. A bit more advanced, add a static furnace under the aluminum melting furnace.
